Over three decades of experience and a growing family of brands. 

Based in the United States for over 30 years, Simtech Process Systems works directly with engineers, architects, end-users and as an O.E.M. supplier providing thermoplastic products, systems and services for the control, containment and transport of High Purity / RODI water, corrosive and abrasive fluids and corrosive and volatile fumes.

Company Timeline

1983  Company founded in Atlanta, GA to provide engineered thermoplastic solutions for industry.

1984  DoubleQuik® Double Containment system introduced.

1989  DualTech®  structurally reinforced dual laminate piping system introduced and patent applied.

1990   Company moves to Chicago (Niles, IL).

1991   Simtech pipe & fittings receive ISO 9001 certification. 

1994    Business expands with the introduction of ProDuct® air handling system featuring high-efficiency molded fittings up to 39”

1996   Simtech ball valves receive ISO 9002 certification. 

1999   Simtech relocates to Philadelphia (Levittown, PA). 

2001   Valve offerings further expanded to include up to 24" butterfly valves. 

2003   Simtech introduces new proprietary DualTech® tooling and wrap kits. 

2006   Simtech ball valves receive NSF approval.

2008    AlphaPlus® alpha-nucleated polypropylene introduced – the new generation of stress-relieved polypropylene 

2010    Redesign of ball valve and new NSF approval

2011    South America, Middle East distribution expansion

2015    Product line rebranding: To reflect Simtech’s commitment to offering a comprehensive family of high-tech thermoplastic brands, DoubleQuik is rebranded as ContainTech®, ProDuct® is rebranded as AirTech®, DualTech is rebranded as ArmorTech®. New logo is unveiled with new website.

2016    Simtech introduces complete line of thermoplastic Controls and Instrumentation including pressure regulators, pressure relief valves, gauge guards, level sensors and switches, flowmeters and solenoid valves.
