AirTech™ PVC Duct Systems

Molded PVC Duct Pipe & Fittings Save Energy and Installation Costs

AirTech™ Corrosion Resistant PVC Duct Pipe & Fittings feature molded construction with socket ends that allow easy fit-up and assembly, eliminating the need for costly, time-consuming on-site fabrication of mitered fittings. AirTech™ molded components are specifically designed and manufactured for efficiency  – requiring less power (smaller fans/blowers) to move air through the system.  Flange adapters and flanged dampers, etc. are available for easy connection to existing systems of the same or different material.

PVC Duct is a cost-effective material with good chemical resistance to most acids, bases, salts and halogens. It is suited for industrial fume exhaust where the operating temperature will not exceed 140°F/60°C. AirTech™ PVC Duct Pipe & Fittings are joined using conventional hot air welding, or PVC solvent cementing techniques on smaller sizes. Ask a Simtech air handling expert for proper solvent cementing specifications.
