| Key Features | The CNC control provide the following main functions:\n- Assists the operator during the welding process\n- Checks and controls the welding parameters during the welding process\n- At the end of welding process it prints a welding report\nWhile set up the welding data and positioned the pieces to be welded , the CNC control will carry on the welding cycle\nThe Welding data to be set up are: Material Type, Diameter, Wall Thickness or SDR , & Welding Standard ( DVS, ISO , AWA, WIS , ISO HP , etc. )\nThe welding records can be transfer to a PC by means of using the supplied software\nThe pivoting clamps allow the construction of segmented (lobster back) bends in different radius.\nBy means of the adjustable cross slide on the fixed trolley it’s possible to always have the perfect alignment.\nThe electric facing tool has the cross slide adjustable in order to mill always into the pipe’s center.\nThis machines can be supplied (on request) with Clamps to fabricate Tees, Lateral, and Crosses.\nMachine is manufactured according to CE specifications.\n |
